Tell us how have u been in North American?

My feeling, like others, you just came here not 2 long ago. U need to learn how to work here, and adjust your attitude. Remember, for a boss, it does not matter who is right who is wrong, as long as his employee can make money for him. If he thinks u r less important than the other person, when u two have problem, of course he will fire u first. If u stay here for a while, u will not be surprised by this. That is so natural, and everybody think that is right.
