C may up for one or two days. I doubt it will lead the rest of the banks. I think bank's trouble is much worse than we know. CEO's resign may help stock in short term, but the price will come down until the mess is over. The next pain point for bank is credit card default. People can't pay interest for their houses, will they be able to pay credit card debt?
