tax rule 是这样写的：

１） 所有在美的人，在美的收入都得交税。

２） 具有美公民，绿卡的人必须为全球的收入交纳税。

３）非美公民，绿卡的中国人根据中美税务协定，在美的第一个５０００美元收入无税，而且连续３年免税, just first $5000。

当心！！！！仅是第一个５０００美元。没讲５０００ 以后的金额。
