1) Classify your custmer files, if you find any customer overdue over 30 days( top of terms you give ) couple of times, tell them either give you Bank Guarantee, or Cash business. ( but if wal-mart, does not say any)
2) definitely kill those bad boys out. which only can hurt you, nothing else.
3)If you already have overdue much,and has A/R or Factor, do not say anything to those companies, Who is more nervous than you. But try your best to limit A/R amount under rule. And then report it.
