第一，要查信用，D&B.Co. 可查到。但要付费。

第二，买A/R保险。 著名是Factor. 但费用高。也可从D&B.Co. 购得A/R险，价格比Factor低,但无Factor 融资功能。Do not save money here!!!

第三，要问一问其他公司和其做生意时的情况。


当然，放帐，可使你的生意做大，碰到好公司真是福气，得风得雨。碰到差的公司，叫天天不应，叫地地不回。７５％时间在为收帐发愁。
