First, even though this paper full of nonsense, it is true that四川重庆互相排斥,互相瞧不起,互相嫉妒,互相说对方的坏话.
Second, can you please tell how you reached the conclusion that "成都就占尽便宜"? Don't tell me you heart from other people.
