i used once 10 years ago. i had an isuzu that uses diesel. it was economic to have a diesel powered truck, but the truck feels like a truck, handling is a bit different.
if you have U-haul trucks, they would feel more like SUV, handling is better. I had penske truck once for long distance moving, they had some domestic made moving truck, they are a bit easier to steer. so you might want to find out the type of truck you might get. it might not be a bad idea if you can go there and test it. remember, you will stuck with it for a few days if it is long distance moving, you want to find something you feel comfortable.
