If I remember correctly, almost all sales rankings are based on series, not single model. You can clealy find Ford "F" serious is ranking no. 1 here.

American car makers has common problem, which is producing too many similar sub-models of little difference, (you know more US cars than me), this is why Chysler wants to lay off 12,000 and shutdown 4 models in the near future.
