1.可以要dealer 处的现车 (会有问题吗)
Answer: could be a 讲价的理由. Try avoid the demo car (the one for test driving) even it's priced low - most of the time those cars got abused by the test drivers.

2.down payment, 可以付一半左右
Answer: NOT a 讲价的理由. You might get a better rate if you financing the purchase, but has nothing to do with the price.

3.credit score 760, excellent

有没有因为可能dealer 的trick电话报价和实际看车报价不同?
Answer: there are some hidden costs that they won't tell you by phone unless you ask. A good example is BMW dealership charges "preparation fees" (wash, wax, vacuum the car for you to pick up) - usually it's not included in the quote unless you ask. Another one is some dealership charge "documentation fees" when you sign the purchase agreement. Those are ligitimate charges but will give you a feeling of "being tricked" by the dealer. So that's why I suggest you to ask for a "out the door" price.

Answer: It's pretty normal. If you were a dealer, you probably do the same thing - never put anything in print unless you know the client is serious. So you will never get the quote through email or fax.
