Just bourght a 2006 Hyundai Sonata GLS v6 for $14000. Very smooth and quiet. Almost cannot feel vibration at red light. 6 airbags. Still has 4yr warranty remaining.

Edmund has an article comparing Sonata, Accord and Camry which may give you some idea how they fair with each other.
