had this kind of problem... I ended up replacing "control trailing arm?" They hold the rear wheels in place...
I suggest you to go to dealer to get it fixed. Sometimes it is hard for you (DYI) or a small shop to figure our the problem.
Did you put jack to correct place when you jack up your car? I may cause the problem....
