对朋友熟人友好盛情，对他人冷漠无情，是非常小家子气的。这是我们好多华人的缺点和毛病，应当改进。不要东不动把他人的礼貌盛情认为是虚伪，这样对我们自己没有任何好处。比如即使招工人，觉得你不适应此职务，总比当面就对你说，你不合格，不理不猜的让你走人要好得很吧，你如是这样，那才是真的没有修养。

有些是礼节修养问题，不是虚伪问题，在这个问题上，我们应向他人好好学习，从而提高自己的为人处事，给人个微笑，真诚的赞美一下他人，让人感到愉快，朋友你不会因为这显得低下，相反，人家会认为你有修养，有品德，来往。
