说个名字的问题

一个男孩叫X力安，本来男性十足的名字，可别人看见名字后都称Miss X。因为在这边Lian是个女孩名字。现在还没想出什么办法，只好先起个英文名字，但正式名字一下子还改不了。不知大家有什么好办法？
