Go to web to search for the housing information in
San Jose area first. You will get the rough idea about
the housing market in this area. If you plan to spend less than 2000 for renting a 1500 sf house, you won't get it in good neighborhood for sure. If you plan to spend less than 900K for a house, it is almost impossible for you to be in a good school district.

West San Jose 95129
Palo Alto 94303 94306
Saratoga 95070
Cupertino 95014

are good area. Some other nearby cities are even more
expensive. You won't be able to move in unless you are
Extrememly (in chinese - Xiang1 Dang1 De) rich.
