Regarding cognitive abilities test (COGAT)

Does anybody can provide some information about that test? Any sample test?

Besides, I found "Building Thinking Skill" (http://www.brightminds.us/series/052/index_h.html) serial, which claims that can improve verbal and nonverbal reasoning skill. Does anybody know about that?
