I read this paper several years ago,

and really doubt how real it is. The author knows little about doctor's career. 药剂医师 is not anesthesiology. 药剂师 is not 医师. There are two kinds of work related with it, pharmacist (working in pharmacy) and pharmaceuticologist (working in pharmaceutical company), both of them have no any relationship with MD. Anesthesiology is 麻醉医师, who has big responsibility during operation. And you can see this kinds of misunderstanding everywhere in this article. How could such a person know anything about MD's career?
