Is Passerby here? Question on used Piano

Baldwin Hamilton Console $2500 sold by original owner, in good condition. It was originally bought in 1979. My friend who is a piano teacher tried the piano, and said it was good and not used too much (she opened the top lid and took a look inside.

The seller reduced the price from $2700 to $2500. What do you think?
