some US coach make pushing fun for kids.

My boy used to take gym lessons from a coach, he was so fun. Even simple things like jumping on a trampoline, the coach make it soooo fun.

It makes a big difference as to how you teach / coach / motivate a kid.

I once sat in a seminar given by an old professor from an ivy league school, he was so fun that you would enjoy every minute of it.

Making it fun, that's the key. Your kids won't feel they are pushed that much.
