school question

我们正准备买房子，主要是孩子要上学了，所以学区是主要考虑因素。可是到底如何评价学校呢？
比如一个examplary小学，student ethnicity: 88％ white, 5% hispanic, black and asian only 3% (rest are native american). student *****ugroups: 7% gifted and talented (8% state average), 9% special education, 2% limited english proficient and 2% economically disadvantaged.
另一个是recognized小学，student ethnicity: 35％ white, 47% asian, and some others. Student *****ugroups: 12% gifted and talented (8% state average), 7% special education, 22% limited english proficient and 8% economically disadvantaged

大家觉得这两个学校哪个好，examplary一定比recognized好吗？一般地说，比较学校都考虑哪些条件呢？
