Didn't do the bathing, just looked around. Tried the Lao Sun Jia 泡馍, it was o.k. Also tried the Dumpling Feast. Feel they are more of tourist thing, not as worthy/delicious as things you can find in regular restaurant for 1-2 RMB.
Yes, the night shot is really pretty. City wall was pretty too at night, didn't get a good shot though.
