You miss all the scenery and it can be a difficult drive when it gets foggy and dark. The particular section south of Sqamish has many hard curves - narrow, windy two way road. One side is cliffs and the other side the ocean. If you have drive hwy 1 in CA and Oregon, it's similar in levels of difficulty.
