The guy is famous. Search his website to find some clips from his DVD. If you like it you can buy.
Personally, I have Wai Lala DVDs (Hui-Lan), and Power Yoga from Mark Blanchard. Both are good. Power Yoga is hard.
Variety is important. You get bored soon. So when you buy find a set with 3DVD is better.
