I would agree with 安倍 not need to apologize everytime a

new government of Japan forms but he should know that wounds of the past are hard to heal if continuing the hated trip to pay homage in the War Shrine of Yasukuni. Past should be forgotten and forgive when given time but if openly tear the old wounds open again and refuse to make them heal, then he needs to be responsible and fix whatever damage his predecessor had done. Words like that are not going to help the old wounds to be healed nor can let its victims to forget that they have them.
