Too many players opposes them on this. Some directly like Syria and Iran and some indirectly like PRC and Russia, and some pretending to help like France, UK, Germany. THis not including the troubles that are still there in Afhganistan and Iraq. The current trend doesn't look good for Isreal and US though.
