這可不是小朋友玩戰爭遊戲，老子不想玩了就可以抽腿走人的，難道您沒聽過一句話"軍人以服從為天職"嗎? 老實說這要是在解放軍的部隊，早就被打死了，要是在老貓當年服役的部隊，老貓先砍了他再說別的，那有當兵怕死的，真tmd笑話。
當然這是法律問題，所以老貓的火也只能發到這裡，只是走筆到想到當年岳武穆的一句話"文官不愛財，武官不怕死，則國可強"，所以您的brother in law,真正是好樣的老中 (當兵的福利照單收，遇到打仗時我先溜)。


基本上如果他是永久居民，他可能沒有選擇必須服從軍方的任務派遣，建議他讀一下下面這個資料 CHAPTER 47 - UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
