离婚协议在前和遗嘱在后，两者冲突，那个有效？谢谢老猫和各位高人。

离婚协议几年前在乔治亚洲签署。
协议内容：
1。丈夫需要为孩子购买10万元人寿保险。保险受益人为前妻。
2。If the required insurance is not maintained by the Hu*****and for whatever reason, a claim shall exist against his estate in an aomunt equal to the difference between the amount of life insurance proceeds actually recieved and the amount of insurance required to be maintained as specified herein. The claim and debt shall be a first charge against the assets of the Hu*****and's induvidual eastate, and the executors, trustees,and the personal representatives of his estate are directed to pay such sum prior to payment of any amount whatever to any beneficiary.
3.现在丈夫的公司提供的保险没有达到10万的数额，而保险的受益人为新任妻子，并供房。丈夫有个新遗嘱新任妻子为所有财产的受益人。
请问这种情况，万一有意外，前妻能否按照离婚协议，要走人寿保险和拿房子赔偿差额部分。
