As a new hire, you really should focus on your learning and performance. If you keep listening and recording what other people said, it will not help you in your performance.
Please consider the following:
1. Why the manager think you are a liar? Why your co-worker think "the new hire is a serious problem"? Do you really think you can handle the job as they expected? Do you think you have meet the requirement of this job?
2. Yes, descrimination is everywhere; but they hired you, which means they like you during the interview. They don't like you right after the 1st week, that means they are very disappoint about your knowledge and performance (so far), and that' why they were questioning your resume.
3. Do you have communication problem in English?
4. Did you actively picking up the materials?
5. What's your damage? This is the most important part.
If you are really excellent in your field and you think you can do the job, then consider change a new job because you don't get along with your co-workers here, and it won't be easy for you to win the case. Don't wast your time.
If you know you will need a a lot more efforts to pickup the new things but the company is giving more presure than you can handle, then also consider to find a new job as well, because you don't belong to here.
About the legal actions:
If you are have service the company for so many years and have excellent performance record in the past; and something just happened and caused you a lot of damage, then that's when the legal action should be taking.
As a new hire, you haven't contribute anything to the company but troubles, I really doubt how much you can get from legal help.
The last and the most important thing: Try not to involve into any lawsuit, including suing people. Many places ask if you have sue anyone before.
就算打贏官司,你的職業生涯依然毀了.
