last Friday, Value line said that market will work on it's way up for several months.

last Friday, Merril lynch predicted the following figures:
Dow : 12400-12600
Spy : 1450-1500
Nasdaq : 2400-2600

It said that hedge fund will buy to cover the short if majority market goes up this time.

It also said market may have 15-20% correction in fall
(3rd Q) due to seasonal weakness. It said that hedge fund will buy to cover the short if majority market goes up.

Also I noticed that market
always pull back on the 2nd week of the month (kill calls)
and goes up on 3rd week of the month for option play (kill puts)
