Market is still trying to build bottom

It may not go up too much or down too much. Short term, there is just not much news to push market higher. But there are plenty of news which may push market down.

Iran is big IF here. It is hard to see how this Iran N-bomb thing ends. At Iran's side, when you have US troops stationed in Iraq, having N-bomb is the only weapon to defend country. If it backs off and chooses to give up N-bomb effect, in a year or two, when US settles Iraq, it will invade Iran. If it choooses to deevelop N-bombs, it may prevent US from invading. So for Iran, having N-bomb is do-or-die thing. I don't see how they give this up.

For US, it is all about maintaining the super power position. It has to force Iran to give up, peacefully or by force. Bush's long term goal is to conquer the mideast and grab energy source. If Iran has N-bombs, its superpower position is threatened. I don't know how Bush is going to let this happen.

So, in the end, force will be used. Time is on US side... Iran is racing against time.

The oil price will stay high. THis is the war between Islam and Christian, east and west. The war will have destructive impact on the world economy.

Time will tell
