I did try writing a http proxy and have my friend in China to test it. From my end, I can see every thing running smoothly. Then connections suddently drop. The test url is www.wenxuecity.com.

The consorship program can penetrate to IP package to check key words.

Also, by using DNS hijacking, targeted host will never got ip address resolved.
