designs. If you take a look at those 豪宅 that cost 10s of millions, you will notice they not only look bad, but the floor plans are totally unacceptable.

One advice to you: it would help you a lot if you gain some experience with American designs (not just from school and books). For example, by working as a realtor, you will have a lot of chances of seeing American designs.
