What is "《上海市居住证》B证"? If there is "《上海市居住证》B证", then, there must be a "《上海市居住证》A证". Which is the more prestige one?

I have heard that in the old days, Europian countries issue "citizenship, second class". Now, Chinese can enjoy "resident, second class" .
