Is this 抖动 from engine, transmission or suspension?

It may be a transmission problem. I've heared this kind of problem in certain speed range when you accelerate.
There is a additive that works on many cars. I can not remember the name. But it is a small burgundy colored plastic tube. I will let you know when I have chance stop by a parts store.
