His message is not quite right.

He is right on the commpressor part, it is the one that drives the whole cooling circle. Similar to a human's heart. The compressor sucked in the low pressure Freon, compresses it, then discharges the high pressure freon to the condenser which is located infront of the radiator. Conderser is used to cool down the high pressure hight temperature Freon gas into high pressure near ambient temperature freon liquid, then the liquid will pass through the filer (dryer), through a orifice or an expension valve to the evaporator(the advisor's called it as condenser), in the evaporator, the froen vaporizing due to loss of pressure, during the process of evaporating, the freon absorb the heat from he in car air to cool it down. So you get the cool air.
