then you will have one at 13 because they become a teenage; again for 16 for "sweet 16"; etc. Once they use to the idea of "big party" you will have to go bigger and bigger.
I remember when our kids came home and asked about Christmas gift for the first time because every other kids get some. I told them there will never be such a thing as gifts:"just get that idea out of your head".
On the day my daughter got her three first place awards in the state science olympic, I broke down and brought her a sandwich from Mcds.
