You may also choose to leave your baby at the hospital or fire station after the baby is born. They may ask you to leave your name and you don't need to if you don't want to give them your name. They will find a family for you. And you still have about 1 month(?) to change your mind. Adoption isn't as bad as most people think. One of my coworker adopted a baby boy and she loved him dearly. So if you are not ready for the baby, find a loving family for her. Good luck.
