请教：10个月大的女儿constipation怎么办？

我给她吃baby prune, prune juice, 不吃香蕉，rice cereal, 给她揉肚子，可还是见效不大。她在吃Similac Advance with iron. 请教大家有什么高招？（我不想用开赛露）。谢谢！
