Carrier, will the nuke damage carrier's reactor cooling system? If so, then will the reactor meltdown?

Can the energy from a nuke cause the temperature of the carrier's reactor to rise enough to 把自身和容器都融化掉?

If not explode, but have reactor leak like 切尔诺贝利, how long will it take to kill everyone in the carrier and people in its surroundings?
