strategy requires us to do this. Using this can bring a front against US and buy time for us. Same as with North Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Also must maintain stability in Uzebecstan, Mongolia, Tejistan, etc... A semi-peaceful environment is what we current needs. When the time is right, then can do more.
