consider economic, regional politics, and global politics. He also do not mention the strategical choices that PRC have as well. This is a one sided consideration that barely touches on how the other side thinks and the global effects it will cause. The value of this post out of 1 to 10 rating is a 3 for me. The last paragraph of this paper clearly shows the author's biased views by comparing modern US armies to 50+ years ago's Korean War PRC armies.
