回复:请问去年是美国学生身份或大半年是学生身份的税表填

Since you hold H1, you don't have over 183 in USA in 2004, so you are filing 1040 NR. If your hu*****and also are F1 for the whole year, you two have to file tax return as married file separete. If you are a citizen of China, you can not caculat your hu*****and and your baby as your dependents. Please take a look Form 1040NR(www.irs.gov),and you will have ideas about what income you should report and what expense you may deduct. If you don't have moving expenses etc., only have salary income and realy simple situation, you better use 1040NR-EZ.
