if it is a Windows Media movie, right click and get the URL from properties
else you need to "View Source" (right click on the web page and select...) to the get the source of the page (sometimes it is disabled) and look for the video URL. Some common file extensions are .MOV, .RM. .MP3, .MPEG, etc
