if you know the URL of the movie

click on 加新贴
use 编辑助手
then 插入电影:
choose either Real (for Real Player format) or 其他格式
(for Windows Media format etc)
don't worry about width and height
fill in URL
test it if you want
copy and paste the content
and summit
you are done!
