market always plays surprising game.
it always begins to rise when most people still don't believe in it. It always begins to fall when most people believe that market can't fall. the reason is simple: when most people still don't believe, as market rises, more and more people will join in........the more people join in, the higher market goes.. By the time everyone is ready for the ride, no more new money is on sideline, market begins to fall.
As I said yesterday, while majority of news flow is positive, news media still focus on negatives. That is good sign for stock market longs.
Check out positives: inflation peaked, oil bull market broke down, economy is reasonably strong....... there are always soft spots, like housing and GM...
