With dizzying speed, Hurricane Wilma jumped from a Category 2 to a dangerous Category 5 storm in a matter of hours Wednesday, with maximum sustained winds of 175 mph -- and what may be the lowest barometric pressure ever recorded, the National Hurricane Center said Wednesday.
