1): High Percentage of Insider Holding ( more than 60 percent of the stock is holding by the CEO himself )
2): Most of the managerment team member have held positions in previous failed shell companies
3): They have pretty good earning, but how they calculated that earning ? Their business model is they must fullly invest by themselves for the equipment by themselve, they can later take the saving the electrically bill they have saved.
If they calculated and amortized their future earning as their current earning, but that earning actually is not guanranteed.
