I think market is not safe for chasing high, and not safe for shorting either. It is better hold only for taking reasonable short term profit, either long or short positions.
I think oil will stay at high level, however, most oil stocks are no longer attactive at their current prices. There may be some small ones worth taking chances, the important things are fast sales growth rate and not too overvalued price.
