I have some concerns

If GOOG wants to focus on online ad business, it should have overbid EBAY's offer for SHOP, because the GOOG's own shopping price engine (froggle.com) is almost a trash.

If GOOG wants to touch MSFT, at least it needs to show some action.

I have not seen either. And ER is just so so.
