Do not short strong stocks

Always short weak stocks, this is a rule for shorts.
AAPL is a one of top strongest stocks, you shall not short it.
GOOG is not a weak one, so it is not ideal for short.
DELL is not an ideal one for short either, because one day cannot tell much.
