Naz and S&P are all diving to the level as of prior to mid Nov, 2004. The bad news is that the area is much less supportive, with next support at a much lower level. The room was made by thin vol election rally, in which the trading vol did not enlarge until mid Nov. Longs who enjoyed the quick run then are facing a fast sliding down situation, not even to say with shorts pushing hard over their heads now.
Although S&P seems to be slightly better than Naz, it broke down last week's low, leaving a bad taste for longs. Considering Naz got a gap down today, the same thing can be very possible on S&P in short future.
